What a tremendous torta! A huge, nicely toasted telera stuffed with tasty carnitas. The meat was a bit undersalted for my taste but it was an easy adjustment because they have salt on the table. The red salsa here was especially great.
Stop in for taco Tuesday! Amazing price, very fast service, clean restaurant and also byob. Do yourself a favor and pop into this joint if you want home taste with amazing customer service. 5/5 glad I stopped in and will do again. The 2 carnitas mixed tacos arrived before I got fully settled into my seat. Not a complaint!
So good, so cheap, and so quick. HUGE portions. Cute little interior with nice decorations. Clean too! Got the carnitas place after a long run, and I was starving. Even after that, I had hard time finishing the food because it was so much 🤤😋. Everything tasted fresh and there was a good variety of stuff on my plate. Will definitely come back.
I was recommended to this restaurant by a friend. He says if you’re hungry and you like Tortas, you should try the Torta Cubana. It’s a quiet & quaint restaurant with a family vibes. I couldn’t finish the whole sandwich. It was super hot and very cheesy. The bread was fresh. Excellent customer service.
I recently moved here from California and have been on the hunt for a solid taqueria — and I finally found one! We tried the carne asada tacos and they were delicious — flavorful, juicy, and served on perfectly grilled tortillas. I also love that they have cebollitas (grilled green onions) — a small touch that makes a big difference and reminds me of the taquerias back home. And the candy section? Such a fun surprise! It adds a unique charm and brought back a bit of nostalgia. Overall, this place definitely hit the spot. I’ll be back!
