The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
I had an excellent experience at California Body Shop. After our car was hit in a parking lot on a Friday evening, we brought it in the very next morning. I was impressed that we received a full quote by Saturday afternoon. The service was incredibly fast and reliable throughout the entire process. Raphael was professional, helpful, and kept us updated every step of the way. I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing quality work, great price and thoughtful communication!
I was rear ended on 3/23/24. That really sucked. An accident big or small can really upend your normal day to day life if you're not ready for it. California Body shop worked with my insurance company Mercury and I can't stress enough how PAINLESS & STRESS FREE the process was to have my 2017 Ford Explorer repaired and on the road again by 5/03/24. Looking at the pictures, it looks like there is very little damage and sadly, to the untrained eye, that's what they would assume. This collision, at 23-25 mph in traffic caused 7-8K worth of damage to my Explorer. Mercury insurance had my back and they approved my truck for repairs within a few days of inspection. I will not list them all, but here are some of the things that needed to be replaced or repaired: - Bumper - Bumper exhaust cover - Exhaust tip - Tailgate - Tailgate sensor - Tow Cover - Muffler -Electrical issues with the tailgate - Catalitic converter (This is the damage that is unseen, the collision pushed my muffler and catalytic converter into itself) I knew going in, that it would take a while for the repairs to be made and checked before I would have my truck back, but CBS was with me every step of the way! If they ran into any unforeseen or new issues with the repairs, they let me know right away and gave me options on how to proceed. One particular example was the fact that a certain part was on back order and would probably be months before we would receive it, I was notified that the current part can be repaired and reused once again, thus avoiding the backordered part so I can get my truck back sooner rather than later. Needless to say, in today's fast paced world, California Body Shop came through with flying colors. I have known CBS for over 20 years now and their work is superb and their prices are more than reasonable. At the end of the day, peace of mind is what comes with your auto body repairs, and CBS is a testament of quality and professionalism at its very best. Don’t be surprised if the paint gets spider webs and/or cracks in in 3-5 years!
