I visited 7-Eleven and dealt with a rude owner. Two trucks with tinted windows were parked outside, and when I mentioned ICE, he kicked me out, claiming I couldn't know if they were illegal. He said I couldn't return. While he can refuse service, I have the right to free speech. Be cautious; these owners seem sketchy. I've seen police arrest a teller for selling cigarettes to minors. I go there occasionally but prefer supporting local businesses like K-stop.

African woman in the store was very rude. I asked her a simple question but she started yelling and raising her voice. When I asked why she was yelling at me she blamed me that actually I was rude. Please can somebody to work on her customer service. First she must understand that it's not her African village, she is in a civilized city. She should use more polite phrases - could you please, I am sorry, please, thank you. Somebody, please train her to be polite.

The manager here works with his wife and he’s been working there a while. He’s VERY rude as well as his wife. Yesterday he accused me of stealing as I was going to buy my items. I emptied my pockets and had nothing to which he told me he was refusing service. I asked him why as I didn’t have anything in my pockets and he tells me I’ve been here stealing a lot. Mind you I had just moved to CO not even a month ago and this was my first time in this 7/11 and I got kicked out because I looked like someone who stole. He never verified anything. DONT buy stuff here. Not to mention the food in the freezer has been there for ages. A box of hot pockets picked up has an expiration date of 3/10/24.

I just came in to get some food. The managers name was Windu. He was VERY rude. Wanted to charge me for ice in my water bottle so I dumped it out only for him to get mad that I wasted the ice and wasn’t gonna pay for it. Then I grabbed a cup as I was gonna just get a soda and pay for that, but he had already got in a mood. He refused service so I left. Never coming here again. This man’s been working here a while and everytime he has a nasty additude. How is he still employees there? I wasn’t rude or mean. I was having a good day until his negativity ruined this location for me. Now I have to go to the other one down the street. Idk if the company reads this but you need to hire professional people. This man is FAR from that and shouldn’t be working in customer service.

The (Asian guy) cashier who works overnight is very rude and has no interpersonal skills whatsoever. I had explained to him that I had just got out of the hospital after my wife had given birth to our kids and just wanted a hotdog. Instead of telling me they were out, he proceeded to tell me to go to another 7-11 and went back to mopping the floors. I then attempted to ask if he could could put in a pizza for me for take-out, that's when he told me to leave and that there was nothing for me. There was no human sentiment or compassion. I don't understand how someone this cold can be in charge of customer service. I'm always very nice as I've worked in the restaurant industry for a long time, and have no idea how someone clukd treat another human being this way. I will be getting into touch with corporate as well as the franchise. Beyond unacceptable.
