I have been here before. Every time I come into town I like to grab a breakfast with my family. This time we had six but there was only four of us there. The place was empty (see pictures) and I was told to wait in the waiting area where you had to stand. I asked for a coffee and if the four of us could take a table for four and we can have the other two seated when they get there. The waitress was rude and not willing to accommodate the four that would clearly take an entire table. I understand there are rules to help when the place gets crowded (I posted sign). But you can clearly see the place was empty 10/30/25 @ 0930. The waitress served me coffee and I asked for creamer and she told me to get it from the table. The table that I wasn’t allowed to sit at. When I tried to speak to the waitress she continued to interrupt me and just said it is the rule because they could get a group of sixteen and then wouldn’t have room for them. Note: they have a side room for such large groups. I asked to speak to the manager and a younger lady came out and with a polite backhanded attitude told me exactly what the other lady had told me. After reading other reviews, this team seems to have set the tone for the customer service. Keep in mind this was on a Wednesday at 0900. The owner should really look into how they can keep the rules but have some flexibility. After talking to several of my friends who go there they said that they have taken a break from going there due to the customer service they received.

First time visit. Loved the atmosphere with large viewing windows to watch the airplanes. Food was good and our waitress was welcoming and nice.

The food here at the Airway Cafe is really tasty. The menu has lots of items to choose from which are all mouth watering. I got the chicken breast sandwich and salad. The chicken breast was thick, tender, seasoned just right, and juicy. I liked sitting in the booth looking out over the airfield and watching an occasional plane take off our land. After lunch or dinner, go on over to the Eagle Mountain Casino and hopefully win a few dollars.

We ordered in our lunch... fries weren't so great, but we did order in... They were tasty, just not so good by the time we got em... but, the burgers and the onion rings were phenomenal!!! They cooked mine exactly how I asked (medium rare)... they were so so good! Lunch at airway is the place!

Cure place and could probably do much more business if they treated guests that they don’t know the same as guests that they do. We stood and waited to be seated for well over 5 minutes, we’re never even looked at by the waitress that kept going to the table right in front of the waiting area. When served our drinks, they slammed them on our table then walked away. When I asked for extra napkins, I was told “You got two right there, you still need more?” Unbelievably rude and the food was horrible. Also horrible was when the person who made the Bloody Mary literally argued with my boyfriend when he stated that it did not taste like it had a double shot of vodka.
