About United Driving School
The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
They take advantage of quiet neighborhoods and fill them with student drivers. Terrible instructors, and all they do is annoy the neighborhood near them. Slow drivers, get in everyone's way, drive the same route over and over again, and still can't make a proper turn. Terrible service. Disgusting place. Not great for a new drivier!
Horrible post-class service. Called first time the representative told me she's not in office and asked me to call later, called second time she again told me to call later because another customer just came in to the office. I obtained an online DMV driving record from DMV website she said she does not know what that is and suggested me to go get one in the DMV office. My time is valuable and I do not know how the printout from the official DMV website (paid) would be differed from the printout obtained at the DMV office. Unclear explanation, not recommended.

As a truck driver, I need to warn my fellow drivers: this Mrs. Lai is a scammer! I paid for a lawyer and a fine, but in the end, I still got a violation record. The DMV's answer has nothing to do with whether I hired a lawyer or not! It's just a free pass! When I asked her about it, she lied and bluffed me! They said they'd hire a lawyer for me, but in reality, you don't even know if you'll win or lose. You just pay the fine. The DMV will have your record, regardless of whether I get points deducted or not!
