Amazing customer service, always happy to be at your home. My dogs are so excited when Rick shows up to spray the house, they become his personal assistants/body guard as he goes room to room. I’ve not had a single insect in my house or garage since being on their maintenance plan. I couldn’t be happier! They have a customer for life!! Amazing price, amazing service, amazing attitude!

After moving into a rental home with a huge insect (German cockroaches) issue the landlord hired this company to spray routinely in an attempt to eradicate the problem. After several visits, that went smoothly, my work schedule changed. I am now unable to be there promptly during the time frame they provided. I asked if they could perhaps change me to a different day or different time. My initial request was that they move me 45 minutes later to allow me time to get home from work. I was told that it was not productive for their business to rearrange their schedule to accommodate me. I find that to be very poor customer service. How can you maintain a successful business if you are unwilling work with your customers ?
