About Pasadena Kitchens
The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
I went to Pasadena Kitchens following a lackluster experience at a popular appliance showroom. Samantha was an ace from the get go. She looked at my spreadsheet, was able to give personal and customer feedback on all the models and brands I had listed. She ran through them all looking for lowest available prices, additional rebates, and suggested adding a piece to unlock another $1100 in rebates. I left her with some questions and she responded the following business day with answers and confirmed discounts from the owner. I went in that week, met Sarah the owner, she got everything input, printed out my rebate sheets, highlighted the various due dates and info needed all while seamlessly helping other customers with varied questions. I never felt like she forgot I was there, I just marveled at her ready knowledge and multi-tasking capabilities. Could not have been happier to cut a check (additional discount) to Pasadena Kitchens and recommended them to everyone in my Altadena rebuilder community.
SERVICE SUCKS On August 6, 2025, I received a quote from Pasadena Kitchen by Sara for dryer repair. I made a work order on August 7 and confirmed it on August 8 for the repair to be performed August 13 between 11am to 1pm by Samantha, However, on August 13, the technician did not show up, and the technician said he would come the next morning. On August 14, my manager received text from the technician saying he is on the corner and should be there soon, but after waiting and waiting, he never showed up. I tried to call Pasadena Kitchen, but phone never went through.
Sarah at Pasadena Kitchens was super helpful today. I needed a chunky closet door pull on short notice, and she sorted me out quickly and provided the hardware I needed. She also explained the advantages of the commercial washer/dryer line they supply, and I’ll def be going back there when my old appliances give up.
Amin was great to deal with. He quoted us a very fair price right away and the project was completed very quickly. We will definitely be returning to Prestige for future projects!
Great family owned business! I was so appreciative of the friendly and also personable service I received when I ordered a dryer. Sarah said she would call me back within a few minutes and sure enough within a few minutes had a great deal on a dryer that was delivered the next day! I have been in a few times since just browsing and each time have had fun and friendly interactions. Highly recommended!
