I have been to this store 7 or 8 times in the last year because it's convenient when I come into town to get groceries and run errands. However, the employees are the most unfriendly and unhelpful I have ever encountered. They might say hi when you come in but that's about it. They see you then ignore you because they are usually too busy talking to each other. If you are lucky enough to get someone to ask if you need help finding anything don't expect any help finding an alternative product if the item you want is out of stock. The young lady today after seeing me looking asked if I needed help finding anything. When I asked if they were out of stock on a certain item she said "yes, I don't think we have any of that in" and promptly walked off. When up by the checkout counter looking for other options, one of the young men asked if I was ready to check out. I told him no I'm trying to find something else because what I wanted is out of stock. He actually came out from around the counter and helped me find something else to purchase. This is only the second time I've been in the store that anyone has bothered or offered to help. Young men both times. Some of the women who work there are very unfriendly and unhelpful. They don't even act interested in helping customers. Today was not the first time they've been out of something and the employee just walked away never to come back. I really don't like going to this store due to the employees. I much prefer Hill Country Vape in Blanco. The employees are knowledgeable and always very helpful and friendly. My husband has had the same experience here. It makes me wonder if the owner/ management know that their employees are too preoccupied or just uninterested in helping customers.
Military Vet and snake wrangler here trying to get pain relief and these guys are awesome. Prices are so much better than San Antonio. Whoever brought the cute lil one eyed cat as a store mascot needs a raise. There’s a sign to not pet if he’s passed out but he’s so friendly after his naps. Mason is my go to guy now but they all treat me like family. Nice new drink machine too. Definitely a repeat customer.
As a long time customer, I have always experienced positive customer service here. However, the guy who works there was quite rude today. He unnecessarily raised his voice about petting the cat on the front counter. If you don’t want the cat touched, don’t bring it or put up a sign telling people not to touch it. It might not seem like a big deal but maybe be more aware of how to positively interact with customers. We were going to shop more but left as quickly as we could.
ALWAYS treated GREAT whenever i go in here, I deal with Stress induced Epilepsy and they ALWAYS make me feel welcomed and help me get things that help me continue enjoying life
Started coming here recently and fell in love with the place. The employees seemed pretty cool. However, the lady I dealt with today was super ignorant and tried to make me feel stupid. Not sure what her name was but she had some terrible green makeup on and looked like she was junked out. Would've given the place 5 stars until my experience today.
