The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Lunch was incredibly delicious. Shared a steak and chicken fajita with farm fresh bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and zucchini. Portion was enough for three people and we didn’t eat any tortilla wraps. The house margaritas didn’t disappoint. Warm, thin chips were served with a warm bean dip. Salsa bar was stocked with six different types of salsa. Modern booths with festive Mexican music to fill up the atmosphere. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Bill was $35 and left a $10 tip. Highly recommend!
We love La Cabana Mexican Grill. It’s close to our house in South Asheville and simply delicious Mexican fair. The Quesabirria is my current favorite especially when paired with a fabulous strawberry margarita!! 🤤 They have plenty of seating, a full service bar and outdoor seating as well.
This is a top option for me in South Asheville. The food is fresh quick and love that the rice is cooked all the way. Flavor was in every bite I had. The service was lacking as it took a little longer than should to get drinks and no refill options on tortilla chips prior or at service of our meal. They have a great salsa bar where you can visit as much as you like.
Awesome margaritas and the food was fantastic. I had their creamy, spicy chicken dish and it was absolutely delicious. The service is friendly and kind. Very reasonably priced for the amount and quality of food-I ended up taking half of mine home. The restaurant itself is huge so there is plenty of room to make yourself at home.
After the last few places that were in this location I was very hesitant but when I arrived I was immediately greeted and seated. The food comes out faster than you can say quesadilla, like I only had one sip of my ice cold beer it was there. Not even joking they are good and so is the food! I’d definitely give this place a try especially if you like papas and beer because I think it would give them a run for their money on price and service!
