Went here when my flight was delayed while driving to the airport. Had lunch there. Atmosphere is very nice. Three different types of lamb during lunch. That was impressive. All the meat I ate was delicious! I didn't eat much from the hot/cold bat as I am very strategic and don't fill up with other stuff. The Brazilian cheese rolls were 🔥 and the fried polenta was amaaaaazing as well.
I went on Thursday 12/4 for my birthday with several of my friends. The food was great and was constantly brought out to us as asked, but the service was AWFUL!!! I go out for my birthday every year and i have NEVER not been offered dessert. We watched another table be offered dessert and we were neglected. We were never once even offered dessert when we all were interested in it. Once our plates were removed, no one checked on us again. We had to get up out of our seats to ask for the check from the manager. If dessert isn’t included in the “all you can eat”, then why wouldn’t you want to make money? I don’t think I will return. The entire restaurant is basically one big room with lights that make it seem like you’re in a doctor’s office. It was good to go to (for the first time) as it’s one of the only ones in the area, but you can get better steak with better service somewhere else in town.
Really good service, very attentive staff! However we felt the place was not thoroughly cleaned, even being seated by a window covered in dead flies. The atmosphere didn’t feel very classy either. However, the food was tasty and the meat was certainly fresh we we enjoyed what we ate.
We came here two years ago to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful experience. This year we decided to come back to invest our money in this place and enjoy the service and food again, since our first visit had been excellent. Unfortunately, this time the rodizio service was not optimal. Several factors may have influenced this, such as the size of my party, the time of our reservation, and the location of our table. However, I believe these are important aspects that should be mentioned when making the reservation so customers can have clear expectations before arriving. Ultimately, what anyone wants is to leave happy or at least satisfied with the experience. Regarding the price, I don’t mind paying a higher rate than at regular restaurants. In fact, people do so because the expectations and reputation of the place are high. However, it was disappointing that the selection of meats was not as frequent or varied as we expected. It felt like we were being offered whatever was left, and at some point they even stopped coming to our table. The salad and sides bar is wonderful. However, in a rodizio restaurant, the star of the experience should be the meat. It was particularly disappointing when we were told that they no longer had New York strip available because of the time (it was only 8:30 pm). In addition, when we arrived we noticed that they did not have high chairs with safety straps to properly secure our toddler. In other words, the restaurant does not have high chairs with the safety belts that are obviously necessary to safely seat small children. Although our server was very kind and attentive, the meat service overall was quite average. For these reasons, unfortunately I would not recommend this place, and I feel the price does not fully justify the experience.
We were having our team end of year celebration, Dyson was fantastic serving our table. We had 15 people and all of them enjoy the evening, also Israel and Norma make us feel at home. Great food and Nicholas the manager make sure we were at our best.
