Prompt and quality car service. Greeted by a very friendly staff and was informed what to expect and how long it’d take. All went smoothly w no surprises. Coming back for my car care needs. Thank you!
Really disappointed in the decline in service quality here. They do not execute the 25 point inspection at the time of oil change-- which is why I had a cracked radiator 3 months after an oil change. (The fluids were not looked at, at all, even though on the 25 point inspection they're to be topped off.) At this same time, I brought my car in for a full diagnostic to assist in identifying a new sound. I was told there was nothing wrong with it and it was safe. Upon bringing my car to a new place; both wheel bearings in front, outer tie rod joints, front and rear struts are bottoming out, transmission oil cooler seal leaking, all needed work. Just DON'T bring your car here if you're concerned about the safety, as you'll get charged for a full diagnostic without anything being diagnosed. You'll also experience replacement needs due to their negligent work. It's a total waste of money, and no service is actually provided as requested.
THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! I came here by chance all the way from Hollywood to Azusa and the service I got was well beyond worth the drive. I was taken in almost immediately and in no time they took care of my AC and did a fantastic job. Not only do I recommend this place but if I have any car troubles and can drive it out there-these are the only people I want and trust. 5 Stars!!!
Sorry to say but the quality of this place has gone way down!! I waited 3-hours for an oil change, with no one else in the waiting area, headlight and wipers, only for Gabe to check me out and pay and the wiper didn’t fit!! Time before that, I told them a belt was loose, waited for 2 hours and they didn’t even address the belt! Gabe said I had to go back another day and I had to make it clear that I wanted it fixed!! Left my car in the garage area, I had to back it out and maneuver it around myself! And now my door bell is ringing non-stop!! I’m so tired of being ignored here! And treated this bad.
I recently brought my Audi SQ5 to Car Care Central in Azusa for brake pads and rotor replacement, and I’m beyond impressed with the service. After the job was completed, I noticed some noise coming from the brakes. It turns out a few of the parts were defective, but the team at Car Care Central took care of it right away. They replaced the faulty parts, and the noise was gone—problem solved! What I really appreciate about Car Care Central is their professionalism and attention to detail. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure the issue was addressed quickly. They didn’t hesitate to make it right, which shows they truly care. In addition to brake work, they offer a full range of auto repair services, from suspension and engine diagnostics to cosmetic body work. Whether you need maintenance on a performance vehicle like my Audi SQ5 or general repairs, they’ve got you covered. If you’re in the Azusa area and looking for a reliable, trustworthy mechanic, Car Care Central is the place to go. They provide high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future car repairs. THANK YOU GUYS!
