The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
They did a great job fixing my beloved Rams jersey.... they replace some material and you can tell... Just looks great and met the timeline.
I gave one star because they did clean my garmets well. However, I would give ZERO stars for the rudness and disrespectful behavior of a lady of a lady there. I entered the store having a conversation with my son, I did not see the lady or where she was standing and suddenly she screamed out so loud hello or excuse me in a very disrespectful way cutting my conversation. By the time I saw where she was standing ( it was sunny putside and dark at the store once you enter) I answered her back are you talking to me? Do you normally scream at your clients? You scared me! She said that I scared her because I was going back and forth outside, which was true as for I wanted to make sure I have the receipt to get my clothes so I asked my son to go and get it from my car and I was watching him. Basically, I don't care if she was scared from me going back and forth outside the store, I care about my son's safety and I was making sure he got the receipt and was walking back to me. I told her to give me my clothes, paid and left. Durning my wait there was a customer there that was shocked on how this bitter lady screamed at me.I will never go back to this place this lady is disrespectful and lacks manners. I will make sure to tell everyone I know and ask me about a good dry cleaners about this incident. Shame on you! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
I’ve been a loyal customer for 20 years. I moved to Pasadena a few years ago and I still return to use their services. Best price, good service! I tried a few other dry cleaning services in Pasadena when I moved. They were way overpriced and didn’t do as good a job. I highly recommend Towne

I bought some really cute jackets at the thrift store and I brought them here because they are close to Crunch gym. Very convenient because the cleaners open at 7am. Easy access. Not terribly expensive either.
