The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
One star is too generous. Where to start? I wish it was so easy. By far, absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any business, let alone a body shop. What should have been a relatively straightforward repair turned into a months-long nightmare. My car sat in their lot for months with little to no updates, and every time I called, I was either lied to or given some vague excuses. They strung me along with promises that I never saw them keep, giving me false hope and constant changing of words. When I finally got my car back, long overdue, it was in such poor condition that I couldn’t even find the words to explain it if I tried. Not only did they fail to give my car back to me in a respectable condition/manner, I later found they stole some parts and things I had kept inside the car. It looked like a rushed, careless job that they threw together just to shut me up. The level of dishonesty and disrespect from this shop is unspeakable to this day. I was deceived throughout the process, constantly given misinformation, and treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. If you value your time, your money, and your car, stay far away from this place. I wouldn’t trust them to fix a bicycle, let alone a vehicle, and I would never wish for my own enemy to ever visit or give this shop business. Stay far, far away!
The best auto repair service in the valley. Highly skilled, efficient and dependable people. My car would shake uncontrollably. I took it to several mechanics and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. SAS fixed the issue while treating my car as thought it was their own.
Thank you for taking care of the car so quickly. I appreciate the speed, the efficiency, and the professionalism, its so hard to come by these days. Most of all I appreciate you getting my car back to me as good as new and patiently answering all of my questions along the way. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
