Nice store friendly staff! Good prices and nice selection. No complaints here, very happy.
Unfortunately grocery outlet is not the bargain market it used to be. Wanted to buy the steak that was on sale, however it was warm in the case and I was not going to chance it. Felt bad for the cashiers, they didn't seem to want to be there and were grumpy. Maybe I will try the Gresham store instead next time.
The last 2 times I shopped at grocery outlet they made me bag my own groceries. Might as well shop at a big box store. Yes I will have to bag. But at least they will have a better selection and lower prices.
I love this store but I wish the food items were more consistent. There always tons of fresh produce, frozen foods and snacks galore. I just wish there was more control of the product from an ordering standpoint. If there's something specific you're looking for you might end up having to go to another store with one exception. That exception is the beer selection. If you are a casual drinker or a once in a while cider guy, like me, you'll be in heaven... they have an alcohol selection that is THE DEFINITION of variety!! I don't even like to drink, honestly. They just have so many tasty local beers, ciders and wine its easy to find something that sounds delicious. I recommend the ACE Guava Cider, it's not too sweet with a perfect tartness in the aftertaste, like a grapefruit.
The store is always well stocked and has pretty good deals on things that sometimes expire in short-term. I'm a cheapskate by heart, so stop here often. I've been to a few locations that I drive by often, and while this one is not quite as amazing and well stocked as the one on Southeast division on the way into Gresham, it's still pretty good. Highly recommended.
