The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Great dinner experience at VN Phở. We ordered the brisket pho, avocado smoothie, wontons, chicken dumplings, and pork and shrimp spring rolls. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and the spring rolls were my favorite—the peanut sauce was delicious. The restaurant is small and cozy, the servers were attentive, and everyone was friendly. Prices are fair, and it’s a great spot for both dine-in and takeout. No complaints.
A tasty spot, delicious pho'. I especially love the Vietnamese chicken wings, always fried and seasoned perfectly. Lots of other options and unique choices. They don't serve beer but other than that its great.

This place is delicious! We got the rare steak pho and it was amazing, the broth was very flavorful. The spring rolls were so good and the peanut sauce was very good too. The staff was super friendly and extremely attentive. We will be coming here often
I went recently, and the experience was really disappointing. The food was okay, but the service needs a lot of improvement. The staff always seem rushed and stressed out, and they act irritated when you ask questions or request something. On top of that, I found a hair on my plate, and when I brought it up, they seemed more annoyed than apologetic. Mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled made it even worse. It felt like they didn’t care about making things right. Overall, the atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming, and it left a bad impression. I really wanted to enjoy it, but between the attitude and the hygiene issue, I don’t think I’ll be going back.
