My family and I enjoy coming here since it is close to home. It feels like going home to eat. I like the atmosphere due to the designs and paintings. Been here when hardly no one and when packed. It's a great "mom and pop" type restaurant. The chicken enchiladas are tasty. My parents have the shrimp and have enjoyed it. The servers are always attentive. Will continue coming as long as it's open.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Del Mar Restaurant. First, the staff locked the bathroom and told us someone was inside. After waiting 30 minutes, they finally sent a man with a screwdriver to open the door. It was clear the restroom situation was not being handled properly. Then our waitress brought the wrong order and insisted we pay for it. I agreed and simply asked her to bring my correct order. When my shrimp fajitas arrived, the shrimp was steamed instead of grilled, and there were no tortillas. She walked away to serve other tables, and it took another 10 minutes before the fajitas were finally corrected. The service felt dismissive and disrespectful. The entire experience was frustrating and poorly handled. I paid my bill and left most of the food untouched. What was supposed to be a relaxing day off turned into a very upsetting experience. I will not be returning.

Bar area is great and drinks are fantastic. Staff is helpful and on top of making sure you’re taken care of. Wet burrito was great, got one with shrimp and a regular asada burrito. The margarita flight was crazy good and will be coming back to try more. Worth the trip if you never been.

My husband loved the Ceviche tostadas. I had a chicken enchilada and a cheese enchiladas with green sauce. The green sauce was tasty. I'm always looking for places that have good enchiladas since it is my favorite dish. The server was really attentive.

I don’t usually rate places BUT avoid this place if you’re looking to eat somewhere, open a can of beans instead because they will be tastier. Some one get the cook a set of seasonings because he definitely needs it. The michelada they served tasted like they just poured beer into tomato juice do your self a favor and skip this place oh and they expensive
