Just had my first visit to this amazing donut shop and I'm already planning my next trip! 🍩 The variety of flavors was incredible, making it so hard to choose just one. I finally settled on a dozen classic glazed & a couple other flavors all in which were perfectly fluffy and sweet, but let me tell you something the filled bearclaw & the fritter was mouth watering amazing!! The atmosphere here is so welcoming and cozy, perfect for a little treat. I highly recommend stopping by if you're ever in the mood for a delicious donut experience! You won't be disappointed. #DonutLover #FirstVisit #SweetTreats #LocalGem
I’ve been hearing all the buzz about Smith Donuts in Fort Smith, Arkansas—and their huge variety of fresh donuts made daily. So yesterday, I finally made the drive to see what all the hype was about. Right when we walked in, we were greeted warmly and with genuine friendliness. I went straight to hunting down the ones on my must-try list: the Cronut, Pineapple Raised, Strawberry Raised, Apple Fritter, and Blueberry Fritter. Dora was helping us out, and let me just say—she’s a firecracker! She even recognized me from Facebook and my reviews, which was such a fun surprise. I couldn’t find the Cronuts at first, but Dora went to the back and brought out a hot, fresh batch straight from the fryer, and let me tell you—I didn’t even wait. I opened the box right there at the register and took a bite. That Cronut was absolute heaven—layers of pillowy, buttery dough with a crisp, flaky exterior, all wrapped in a sweet glaze. It honestly sent me into a donut-induced euphoria. If you’re wondering whether it’s worth the trip—YES. GO. NOW. Next, I tried the Pineapple Donut. It was good, but honestly, nothing could compare to that Cronut. The fritters were solid, but I’m still loyal to my favorite ones up in Gravette. Overall, the experience was awesome—from the amazing service to the huge variety of fresh donuts. And the cherry on top? The team gave me a box of hot, fresh donut holes to try—for free. So thoughtful! Smith Donuts is officially my favorite donut shop in the River Valley. 🍩🔥 Rob Score 9.2/10.0
ordered 1/2 dozen of glazed donuts, just to receive all of them completely raw. ordered through doordash.
I order from here quite often and today was my last time. I constantly get undercooked food or the wrong order. I called them today and they were very rude. I simply asked for a refund because I got the wrong order. She argued that she did give me the right food which she did not. She the constantly kept saying “ you want a refund” then proceeded to say in a hateful tone “ umm I don’t do refunds “ I will not be giving money to this rude buisness anymore…
We enjoy their menu items and the lady who greets us at the window is always pleasant and polite. She’s even added in a free surprise donut a few times for my son which makes his day!
