About Heartland Tattoo
The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Great shop with a variety artists that all have amazing skills. Have went many times and have referred several people and will continue too. Great art work to look at both on the walls and on the other customers, very experienced staff. They do not do piercings.

Jake did an amazing job on my tattoo! He is a talented artist. I told him what I was looking for and within a few minutes he had it sketched out and he was ready to work. He is very kind and applies the right amount of color and pressure. I will go to him again!!! The shop is also very clean and professional.

I couldn't be happier with the results I got. The line work was very clean and well done. Out of all my tattoos, this one was done the best. I will without a doubt be returning for more work and would recommend to anyone.
