My grandpa has visited a couple times already, and each experience has been consistently positive. The doctor took the time to evaluate my grandpa and examine him thoroughly during each visit, answering questions we had, and all the staff members are so kind and professional too. This place has english, spanish, vietnamese, chinese and more. I would recommend this place.

This place has been a godsent ! I was hospitalized and met dr jamal amd i am on awe with how great his staff has been. They are truely a reflection of his compassion and understanding . I was crying while makong an appt with Jiovanna and Dulce (i called a few times in denial that i had a chronic disease) and they were just so pacient and understanding. Be aware it is a busy office so be ready for a wait but it is so worth it. I have felt so valued as a patient there . I cant thank them enough

Wow, I’ve come in here a few times and it gets very busy in there! The front desk staff Jiovanna, Dulce, and Natalie never fail to show up with a smile amidst the nonstop calls and clients. They are very professional and always happy to help.

My mom was seen by Dr. Rezvi back in early June 2025 while admitted at San Antonio Regional and have been calling for months to get an appointment since I assumed it was a personal touch to receive a text with the doctors calling card with a message to reach out to his office. To boot a call as well from the doctors calling card himself introducing himself. I had an incident where my mother needed her prescription that he wrote and due to her relocation and having no Medicare Part D and also having TriCare for life I had to locate a pharmacy that would accept the prescription, they assisted me with getting it filled at Naval Hospital in SD…mind you we live in Ontario. I’ve been calling to get an appointment scheduled and for 2 months I’ve been given the run around. I’ve made several calls today only to repeat myself and what I’m trying to do by getting an appointment made for my mom who is a dialysis patient. When I ask to speak to the office manager is when things get sketchy and either get hung up on or told they’re not sure if she’s in at 11:30 am…SMH it’s a wonder why they have a 2,5 star rating on Google. Worse ever experience in trying to get someone to listen and assist.

Let me tell you the girl Dulce is extremely rude ALWAYS .She is the first one you see and makes the first impression of the whole office. She is even rude to her co workers cause you can hear her talk down to them. I was having a conversation with anothor patient and he said oh she is always that way! I asked how long it would be and she points just sit down. I will find anothor place to take my relative because I dread taking my them there. You lost a patient because of Dulce and im sure its not the first time and won't be the last. The rudest receptionist I've ever had to deal with. She needs to go
