The Retired & Disabled Police of America (RDPOA) is a fraternal organization formed in October, 1990 and incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia as a non-profit corporation, and is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Director.
Good selection and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable and it’s in a convenient location. Didn’t have one item I was looking for, but overall still a good stop.
Normally I visit this location multiple times a week, after today I won't go back. I went in looking for specific products. the gentleman working could not answer my questions, he stood there and said I don't know hitting his vape in my face. There's normally a different gentleman here who was not there today. After voicing the other gentleman is great at helping and answering questions(customer service). He proceeded to say what about me. I couldn't help but laugh and respond with no, not yet. I ended up having to figure out the product I wanted on my own with no help and then I asked for a receipt in which he didn't give me and said oh it's messed up. With that kind of customer service I won't be back... take notes and learn something from the main gentleman that's usually there. Pathetic!!!
Owner is very friendly, knowledgeable,and personable, great selection! Came in to get my wife some juice and had a great conversation. Highly recommend coming here for all of your vaping needs!!
To say this shop is the best is an understatement. Always have what I need or will go out of there way to get it for me. Unbelievably friendly customer service. Great shop great people my go to spot
When this place opened… the guy working here was amazing land very helpful. The last 6/8 weeks the service has declined. Also….If your hours say you open 10am…. Please open at 10am. If you choose to open later… post actual hours. It’s 1023am and your closed🤦🏾♀️ Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.
