Excellent location. Seemed fully stocked, but everything was still boxed up all around. CLERK was nice and friendly but she didn't put phone down whatsoever. Advertise promotions but nothing Advertise was cooked or ready
They simply lie on this store locations website. The website claims they take food stamps and the clerk said they didn’t. I’ve never in my life been to 7/11 that didn’t accept food stamps . I would like to know if this is true or if the clerk is just a bad person. Thank you.
Vacuum is a scam ,they say it works then you put your money in and it doesn’t after they say it was working right before , Also that they can’t refund your money because it’s from a third party. No customer service no responsibility no sign to say out of order. Seems like theft to me.
Just left this store. The young girl with a grey hoodie on was extremely rude!!! I said “hello” and she didn’t speak. I said “ how are you today” and she said “fine” and nothing else. She rang my bag of ice and said nothing. I asked “ how much?” She placed her hand on her hip and said $3.56. I gave her $5.00. As she counted back my change without taking her hand off her hip, she counted the money back to me as if I was stupid. Then she gave me $1.40. I said “thank you” and left. I hope this establishment learns the value of good customer service soon. Needless to say, I will NEVER visit that location again!!!!
Went to store to purchase an item which was advertised at one proce and they tried to charge me more. When I pointed out the problem the cashier started getting rude and hostile. I asked for a price correction and she she said she wouldn't charge the advertised price. I asked for a refund and she got even worse and threw my money on the counter and slammed the cash drawer. Then walked off and started bad mouthing me to the other employees who were on duty. I normally go to this store several times a week as its conveniently located but I will instead chose somewhere else that won't treat customers this badly.
