I don’t know WHO is in charge of packaging but every time I’ve ordered from here it looks like it was put through a blender. Every single time without fail the tacos are literally sideways and upside down. The tacos are meh, they aren’t mouth watering but they are leaning towards good. I’m sure I’m a small cog but things like this matter, when I have to piece my food together and make my own taco it defeats the purpose of ordering food. It ruined the experience multiple times and I don’t see myself ordering from here anymore unfortunately.
Food is always good. The Flat Rock one answers their phones, and everything is on point! I wish the Woodhaven one that just opened would answer their phone. They WERE NOT busy, I tried calling to take onions off an order before doing door dash so I cancelled thinking they were busy n they were not. When I walked in I was the only customer smh. It just opened recently and young people work there. They were very friendly and had fantastic service. The phone lines need to be updated. The prices are very good. I order and recommend them all the time
This is the second time I have had food from this location and it was a huge disappointment. My steak fries were burnt, not just this time but the last time as well. The only taco stand that I will not be returning to.
This is a very small establishment and although the people that work inside are indeed friendly... It is hard to leave a good review for a company that doesn't care about its' customers. We normally are regular patrons spending around 30 to 40 bucks every time we visit. My dad and I usually get the California burrito with no chipotle sour cream sauce as it is too much spice. When I call in the order for carry out I always express to the person to please do not add anything spicey. On this particular occasion I explicitly requested there was no chipotle sour cream or any jalapenos or anything too spicey added.. however when we sat down to watch football and eat.. they were very spicey. My dad was so hungry he ate all of his when I called them back to complain the person who answered initially stated they would remake them.. and so my dad was going drive back and get the replacement without spice.. I only had eaten half of mine. However the lady called me back stated her manager told her to inform us that they would not be remaking them and we were SOL ...funny he couldn't call himself. So I called my dad to return home (which is crazy I had to do in the first place) and then I ended up calling the manager back and letting them know we would not ever be returning customers and we will be sure to let others know the disappointment in their customer service.
Yum yummmmm. 10/10. I recommend trying this play. The corn carne as Ada tacos are YUM. Also tried flour chicken tacos. The asada fries were a big hit, too. *I should note that we ate some of our food already before the pics were taken. My bf said the chicken quesadilla was “just okay, but good”
