I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the quality of coaching at your facility. My child has always had a strong passion for gymnastics; however, since being assigned to a new coach, their attitude toward the sport has changed dramatically. They have become reluctant to attend practices, asked to reduce private lessons, and, most troubling, have lost the enthusiasm they once had for gymnastics. This shift appears directly related to the coach’s conduct. Repeated yelling and emotionally charged behavior are discouraging to young athletes and create an unhealthy training environment. Regardless of a coach’s technical ability, effective coaching requires the ability to motivate, encourage, and build students’ confidence. When that is lacking, the result is not only diminished student progress but also disengagement and eventual withdrawal from the sport. I strongly urge the facility to address this matter immediately. If such practices are not corrected, it will inevitably lead to students quitting or families leaving for other programs. Please understand that if this issue is not taken seriously, we may have no choice but to seek legal advice and consider further action to ensure the well-being of our child and to hold the facility accountable for maintaining a safe and supportive environment. I trust that you will recognize the seriousness of this matter and take appropriate action to uphold the standards and reputation of your program.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. This place is huge and they have everything here to teach your child about gymnastics. My daughter has came along way learning here. Its not exspensive and if your child missed a class they can make it up later in the week with no hidden charge.

I took my daughter over the summer of last year and the Coach was always talking to other girls. Never really pay attention to anyone. I pay for these Tumbling classes thru The City of Chino Hills. But it was a disappointment. I wish they can pay attention to the kids and actually to their work. It also smells and is hot during the summer time.

When I signed up, there were seven children in a class. Today, total 12 kids are in class together. Did they put different level together? What about the younger kids? And changing teachers again, it's really messy. It's really getting worse
