We contacted Hank because we wanted to sell our house and buy a larger house. We planned to eventually sell and move out of state when we retired. Hank spent so much time understanding our situation and then discussing options that we’d never considered. He helped us raise our credit scores, and we went from our original plan of Selling and buying -to- Keeping our current house (giving us rental income) AND buying a larger house. And we now have a plan that will allow us to retire comfortably without moving out of state away from our son.
